The success of a firm's supply chain strategy depends on resources in the political environment and network which it operates. If is not conducive to strategy, firm can either change its or seek that more favorable chain. This paper examines this second alternative. structure-conduct-performance (SCP) paradigm competitive dynamics literature are used explore relationships between actions leverage resources, strategies, performance.
